Free local collection or delivery (St Austell) is available

Postage is via Royal Mail and can take 3-5 working days to arrive during busy periods

Orders are processed and posted within 2-3 working days

Terms of return: Please check items on receipt and notify immediately of any defects
State of return: Unused and retain original undamaged packaging
Reason for return: Damaged in transit only
Process for return: Notify using contact form, buyer to pay return postage.
Process of refund: A refund will be processed once the item has been returned and received by the seller. The payment can take 2-5 working days.
